The number one sin you can commit as a mack

The number one sin you can commit as a mack…the absolute worst thing you can do in your dealings with a female…believe it or not, it ain’t cheating. It’s not playing the role of Captain Save-A- Hoe, though I wouldn’t recommend blowing the dust off that old cape tucked away in the back of your closet. (Hopefully by now you’ve burned that joint to a charred crisp!)

The biggest sin you can commit as a mack is to be boring. That’s right; I said BORING!Nothing will drive a woman away faster; nothing will make her seek the company of another man quicker, than for you to turn into a love song on her.

What I’m talking about here is being predictable; failing to be a challenge anymore; no longer being the mysterious, intriguing guy you were when she first fell for you. There’s a danger that comes once you begin to get comfortable with a female. This is usually when you start letting your Mack guard down. You start falling back into old simpish ways and behavior: phone checks, being quick to answer her every call, spending all your free time around her, questioning her every movement and demanding an account of where she’s been for the past hour…or giving an account of your own whereabouts whenever she asks.

When you’ve put your best Mack moves into practice and snatched yourself a good one, and after you’ve spent some time with her, this is when you are the most vulnerable. This is when a female will really test you to see what you’re made of. That’s why this Macking thing has to be solid down in you. It’s got to become a part of your very DNA. You have to get to the place where you eat, sleep and breathe this Macking!

If you’re play-macking out here, you will get found out. You’re eventually gonna slip; and when you do, instead of the Mack Within coming to the forefront, the Simp Within will show up in his place. And the female you’re dealing with will know that you ain’t true to the game you’ve been spitting. She’ll know you’ve been perpetrating a fraud. And eventually you’ll get dropped like all the other simps. So don’t become a victim of your own lack of discipline! Get this Macking down in you for real, and anchor yourself to it like a ship to the ocean’s floor.

There’s a saying: the things you did to get her are the things you need to do to keep her. This is usually quoted in reference to doing simpish things like buying gifts and flowers; but it’s doubly true when it comes to being a true to the game Mack.

Don’t relax; never let your guard down. Be on the job 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Keep them women guessing about your next move. Keep them intrigued with the level of your wisdom and knowledge. Keep them on their toes when they try throwing temper tantrums on you. Stay looking sharp and dressing fly. And never let them get away with even the subtlest form of disrespect.

And above all: never, ever become boring and predictable.

Our generation is the last hope……

I feel that we are our last hope as black people. I think that the black community as a whole should come together every once in a while, and dialog with one another on issue such as aids, pregnancies, education, and unity amongst one another.

Its starts with a few individuals, but we need to make black America aware of whats going on. It starts with up, we have to make the necessary changes to improve communication among each other.

On my own personally issues is, I really feel there is no unity between black men, and women, as there was in the earlier days. I feel the media also portrays images that black people tend to internalize so much, they try to emulate, and become what they see on television whether its music videos or movies.

We have to remove our hate we have for one another whether it be, you low-income, and another family is rich, and so on. I know I still get “Oh you sound white.” I correct them and say no I’m well spoken, taking it off a black or white bias cause is that to say white people sound proper, and black people sound stupid? So I don’t even allow that to be said. There is nothing wrong with you furthering your education or speaking well with intellect.

We need to be a better representation of our selves.

The State Of Hip Hop Music And Culture

Hip Hop is one of the most popular music genres today but I’m really embarrassed about the message in most of the songs. 95% of songs are about being a thug, selling drugs, pimping women, killing each other, just being plain disrespectful. Now niggas have this street credibility thing where they respect and support a rapper much more if he’s involved in criminal activities, gets locked up, etc. This shit is just sad.

The saddest thing is that kind of music is destroying the vulnerable black youth more than anything else. There is this little thing called “social proof” meaning when people see other people who look like them from the same area doing certain things, lots of them will do it too. That is why bad rap music affects black youngsters, and not white youngsters. White people just find the message interesting because they are not used to it and not affected by it. It’s the black kid living in the same housing project that rapper came from who will emulate what he hears in the songs because the rapper makes it cool.

The record labels being run by the elite don’t care and will keep promoting criminals and former criminals the most. The black billionaires like the former BET owner and Oprah Winfrey are all uncle toms who don’t really care about their own people. These people had the power to make a change in hip hop culture but didn’t.

In fact BET promoted the worst parts of black culture and was an outlet for other races to laugh at us. BET would play the worst rap songs all week, the worst black movies all week and then on sunday would turn into a gospel channel promoting the church ( don’t even start with me on the black church). The black church has done more damage to black people than any other organization.

My President Is Black….Well Half Black At least

I never had huge hopes for Obama, I kinda watched him come in with the feeling that shit’s gonna be tha same no matter who the president is. But I think a lot of people thought he was gonna come in on some super hero shit and it didn’t happen, so they feel let down now. I don’t hate him, I don’t love him either tho. People been cutting into him quick tho, they were saying “well you didn’t do such and such that you said you were gonna do” 8 months into his term. I think he has potential, maybe he should have waited another 8 years though. I think him being “Black” (even tho he’s just as white) and his “middle eastern” sounding name have these fox news types just waiting for a reason to talk shit so they can hate on him while hiding their true motive for saying it.
On a side note though – Am I the only one who thinks Barrack Obama being “the first Black president” is going to take away from the significance when we actually have a Black President? Instead of “first Black President we’ve had” I think it should be “most Black President we’ve had”. Lol
